The building is in terrible, subhuman conditions, the broken air conditioners do not fix them, the apartments are full of mold, leaving the walls, a terrible administration, the secretariat is a bulgar, treating the tenants, the cleaning lady no longer cleans, she is the same one who does the maintenance in It doesn't solve anything, it's chaos.

This place here does not deserve a single star,1 the manager of the place is a very rude person with her tenants, disrespectful and rude to them even though they are older people with whom they deal.2 the apartment It is completely covered in MOLD, and that is a very bad thing for the people who live there. 3 when someone goes and makes a report to the administration, the manager goes and tries to solve the problem, which she blames on her tenants.
4 the air conditioners don't work when you complain they go and tell you that you must have all the curtains in your apartment closed so that the sunlight does not enter.
Anyway, someone needs to do an inspection of this place as quickly as possible.

The building needs a lot of work. Management is very rude and disrespectful to the tenants. There is an overwhelming smell of mold when you come in to the building. Ive visited several units and they all smell like mold. Manager does nothing but blame the tenants. The City needs to investigate and inspect asap.The smoke detectors are faulty and all they do is bandade the problem instead of making repairs.

This building needs remodeling starting with the administration, the manager is very rude to the old people to the point of lack of respect. All the apartments have mold and this lady blames the tenants, the air is filled with mold inside. It's a shame they don't inspect and allow these things.
