Rio Mio Apartments

The building is completely abandoned. The entrance doors to the parkin were broken and they are not fixed. The 🚹 from the street enter and steal and throw away the garbage. There is no one responsible nor do we know who the owners are and there is no manager. The tenants themselves do the cleaning. This is a total disaster and we can't find cheap rent to move somewhere else.
