Wow they towed my car again and the same from the office they call the trailer they told me  that you call it first they didn’t want to renew me. Now they call to have my car to wed a way  but nothing l live everything to God’s and the owner who answers the message he doesn’t do anything tha happens here is very sad but blessings

Don’t move here!!! I’ve had two cars get broken into while being here. My neighbor came out & her car was on bricks. Someone had stolen all 4 tires. Staff needs to worry about hiring 24-hr security to ride around the place instead of harassing hard working tenants & raising rents!!!

Dirty hallways, pissy staircases and roach INFESTED. Worse apartments and leasing staff you could ever encounter. Life is hard enough, don’t stress yourself by renting here.

This place is like any other place that does not follow protocol and state requirements. Very unprofessional, including staff members that go around harrasing you. If you can avoid moving here please do. Now they tow away vehicles of people living there that are doing the right thing and not the idiots that go against what they say. It's just poor management and a serious hustle they have going on with certain individuals that I won't mention. By the way people's mailbox have been broken for weeks and they claim to be getting new mailboxes therefore don't do anything about the ones that are broken.

Hallway and stairway needs to be updated.

ok place to stay but to many insects and dirty hallways glad they cleaned up the side of the building atleast.

They finally got new elevators but it still doesn’t work the sinks always backing up  the rent went up twice within a couple of months and is scheduled to go up again not to mention it literally only 1 washer machine and 1 dry that doesn’t dry your clothes at all. Need I continue???

Ive been living here for 15 years this was a place for low income housing. But they have been taking their time fixing appliances, our apartment and the elevator. They waited over a year for the lease to end to then put up the rent AGAIN and kick out anyone who cant afford it. And THEN fix the elevator. It is extremely unjust to treat people with low income as low class citizens.  There would be old people living on the 3rd floor having to go up and down the stairs with a walker. Since these people changed their name. They want to start over as if we were the ones dealing with all their mess... from the rats, roaches, molding, lack of attention to service calls (taking almost 2 weeks to reponse), waiting a WHOLE YEAR to fix the elevator, coming into our apartment unannounced, sending out announcements days late. It's incredible that we have to find out on GOOGLE that they have upgraded. Its unfortunate that we the people have had to indore this type of treatment in the time being.
