Love this condo, it’s always clean, units and pool are well maintained and the incredible thing is the maintenance fee is low. On December they always decorate super nice and you can feel the Xmas spirit, I love this place.

Nice place to live. The president of the building is always assures that it looks clean and neat. Always there to answer any issues and helpful too. The condo association fees were not increase due to her effort of maintaining the same fee before Covid hit. Overall the neighbors are so welcoming and also the environment which is always clean.

Love the community! The President of the building is super helpful and always there to answer/help. Family and pet friendly under 20lbs. Neighbors are great 😊 very welcoming. Overall great place to live.
