Going to repeat this because this is the truth: TERRIBLE management!! The property manager NEVER answers calls or returns them. Even when you leave voicemails or send multiple emails, NO reply. No sense of urgency especially when it comes to people’s money!! I have been trying to get my buyers’ deposit back after the contract was cancelled. The assistant always asks for a “callback number” knowing the manager Chelsa does not call anyone back regarding IMPORTANT matters. The property manager avoids everyone and the assistant has no idea what is going on. When I go to the office, the same man takes down my information (including my number for the 100th time) saying he will have her call me back. It’s always a lie. I hear nothing and have to chase after ALL these people. Same with the assistant. Her favorite like is “I’ll relay the message. What’s a good callback number for you”? LOL. They have my number. Since May. The whole experience was AWFUL, it was like pulling teeth trying to get documents on time during the past 4 months we were under contract. I could go into detail and write a whole essay about our experience and issues with them. UNPROFESSIONAL. Shady business going on. If they reply to this, there is nothing they can say to excuse the behavior we have experienced the past 4 months!! I have ALL the receipts/emails to back this up. The assistant too, I have tried MANY times to express my frustration is them being so UNPROFESSIONAL and problematic.
