Nice gardens but buyers beware the HOA's boards are very unaware as to how to spend owners money properly or how to account for its whereabouts.

Really good and very clean.

Very nice place for 55 and over. There are a lot of Quebecers and a few English speakers (looking at the license plates). Everyone is very kind and respectful of the place. If you have the misfortune of doing something wrong, everyone knows, so be respectful. It's a very warm and calm place, no screaming children. There is a heated swimming pool on site with fries and around ten BBQs. Please note, there is no lifeguard for the swimming pool. Around the pool there is a beautiful artificial lake with water lilies and native species. You can see turtles, birds, fish, and others. The site is very well maintained. On each floor there is a washer and dryer. There is a place for items to give or throw away (if no one takes the items). The beaches are around thirty or forty minutes from this place. Essential shops are very close.
