Inverrary Gardens

Thank you! Thank you to the new board members. The building has been completely upgraded. I love the new laundry room. The building has been throughly cleaned and painted.  The apartments are spacious. We have brand new signage and a community monitor,  so that residents are kept up to date. It's a quiet, secure and safe community.  My favorite is the Valet garbage service.  It's a pleasure to come home everyday!

This place has made big changes and is 5 stars across the board! Looks awesome!

I am very impressed with how quickly the new board was able to turn this place around! I am  excited about the direction things are going and couldn’t recommend it enough moving forward.

Recently moved in and i must say Mike made sure everything went smoothly. He’s been so responsive and caring all at the same time! Definitely would recommend staying here!

Very nice place to live whether you are renting or buying. Wonderful board members are willing to help improve the conditions of the place. The community is very clean with the help of the cleaning and maintenance staff. This community is safe to raise kids.

Very nice community clean and quiet. Mike Romain is the manager very nice guy. The application process was very easy and simple.

I was amazed how this place turned out to be. Clean, great environment, safe not a lot of noise. Maintenance is on point.  The manager is really reliable and professional,I believe his name is Mike he always take time to answer question very nice guy . Keep up the good work!
