Best Apartment Company in Miami Beach! I’ve been living in this apartment for three years, and I couldn’t be happier! This is by far the best company in Miami Beach. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets done the same day—no waiting around. The maintenance team and office staff are truly the best—always professional, friendly, and efficient. I have no plans to leave anytime soon because the service and living experience here are top-notch. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying one of Helios apartments , first time was for 2 years now I am back for 9 month lease . They are the best condo management company . The buildings they managed are renovated always maintained, if you have any problem they are quick to respond and resolve it. I got my first time deposit back with no problem and second time I didn’t have to pay any deposit .if you are a good tenant pay your rent on time you will never have a problem with this company , and thanks to Dana at the office for always being helpful and friendly attitude.Thank you to everyone works hard for this company

IRRESPONSIBLE BUILDING OWNERS. I do not live in a Helios apartment complex but I do have the misfortune of living in a neighboring building. Twice in the last couple of months have their sewage spilled into our walkways. Literal human waste in front of our doors. Instead of handling the issues with urgency, they’ve allowed sewage to continue to flow into our spaces for days exposing residents of their building as well as neighboring buildings to human feces and puddles of sewage (literal toilet water and toilet paper!!) This management does not care about their residents or the health and environment of the community around them. I have called to only receive voicemail every time, I’ve written messages only to go unanswered. I do not recommend.

Shame on you Helios and congratulations to the most incompetent Manager of the Decade, Ashley Deon!!!! Don't rent with Helios!!
They don't fix things in your apartment, the washer, and dryer are constantly not working, and the building is in a terrible condition. Cockroaches are everywhere in the apartment & building!!
They don't care and ignore messages and phone calls. I rented with them for 4 years, and it was the worst experience imaginable... Please do yourself a favor and avoid them!!!

Lived on 12th and Drexel for 2 years.  My kid's pizza delivery was stolen on day 1. I thought, ok, where have I moved to? Packages stolen constantly. For 2 years, I sent packages to a friend's house down the street so that I could actually receive them. The main gate is open to the public, exposing you to homeless people at times. When I complained, I was told the cameras were installed by the previous management company and were not working. No effort to secure the building was ever made. None!! I resorted to a doorcam to at least have surveillance on my door.
Dryers in the laundry room don't work for months. An average load would cost $5 because you have to repeat dry.
To top it off, management is extremely combative and argumentative, even on things that should be common sense.
My happiest day was dropping off the keys when my lease ended, good riddance.

I have lived with Helios for 2 1/2 years. It has been a great experience!! I want to start off with their property manager, Ashlee! She has been hands on since I moved here! Extremely kind and always ready and happy to help with a same day solution. As well our maintenance team they are all super friendly and know how to fix anything & everything! I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Every apartment has issues, but genuinely they have been so resourceful and charismatic to any issue I have had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a central Miami Beach apartment that cares about its residents!
