Horribly ran and managed decrepit old building, where one out of four elevators works. The parking garage is in disrepair and constantly leaks/is generally filthy, and filled with sludge. Also, this building has a huge cockroach problem. Everyone that lives your hate living here and he's trying to get out. Do yourself a favor and do not buy or rent here.
