Heritage Pompano Station

I like the way it set up... There's a hotel, Embassy suite, it reminded me of that.

I've lived here since April of 2023. By most standards, I love living here! The vast majority of people in the building are great, but as is normal in life, a few personalities will rub each other the wrong way. Other than that, my apt is beautiful and clean, the building staff is awesome, and any maintenance issues are resolved pretty quickly by the maintenance staff.

I came here to check out the building. I was greeted by Maggy, who was so friendly,  knowledgeable, and just wonderful. She gave me a tour of the apartment and all the wonderful  amenities. The building is 55 and older and has many activities for residents. There is a minimum 2 year waiting list.

Great place. No disturbs and neighbors are very nice!
