I was given an application and told to c ...
I was given an application and told to call yesterday for an appointment. I called 27 times and, 10 so far today, phone is always either busy or noboby answers. My car is broken so I couldn't go in person, anyway they will probably tell me it's over now. It was very important for me. I guess they just don't care or have respect for the elderly community.
