Y’all didn’t fix nothing for me what is you talking bout

Issue was not resolved after multiple attempts to fix and the work order was closed

It took 20 phone calls, 3 emails and 2 weeks for my kitchen sink to get unclogged

They’re so quick to give you a late fee for something but do not fix nothing. The office staff mark the work orders completed but don’t do the job🤔. One park area is rusted and the other one is an unsafe to kids to even play at. The pool & the gym never open.

This was a work place so I can't comment.

No response to the work orders!!!!

No lease in two years but I sign both years still can’t get my copy waiting on a washer and a dryer since 2019, apartments is infested with roach I was told someone will come every week until the roaches are gone or they will take other actions, still have not happen. Though I appreciate the stove finally being changed for over two years of request I was given a stove with no oven window or oven light, I feel like that’s disrespectful but hey, my fridge either does not close properly or it has problem as well at the dishwasher everytime I use it there’s water in the tiles. I cannot switch water from the bath pipe to the shower because it doesn’t work so water hardly comes through the shower. When I go to the office they are very rude soon as u walk through the door no greetings just someone pointing fingers left or right as if they do not way to be bothered. I know they will know exactly who this is because I have all the emails backed up of all complaints. Let’s just add my living room light stopped working more than a month but I’m so over dealing with the office I’m just letting it sit and not complain with my inconvenience because it seems I’m the problem when I request maintenance. One Sunday I had plans my Ac stopped working I almost cried trying to get dressed I call so many times but the guy seems as if he was in church or something and after sending numerous messages hours later he gone call back asking what was the room number again. I have the receipts for everything I listed here…. So no I’m not happy with my apartment or how I have been treated.
