There are not enough words to describe how thankful my family and I are of Ms. Jalisa in the Oak Enclave office. Our journey of getting into Oak Enclave was an uphill battle due to circumstances outside of our control. Nonetheless, Ms. Jalisa stayed on top of our move-in and we were able to complete everything the second go round. It’s not just her doing her job exceptionally well that I am thankful for, but her kindness and understanding truly provided comfort in a situation that seemed hopeless at one point. Yes, the apartments are nice, but her level of customer care is UNMATCHED!

The main problem is maintenance, the people themselves are excellent individuals. Of the two elevators in my building one has not moved in 6 months and the other breaks about once or twice a month for 3-5 days at a time. Trash cans are always overfilling, security is a joke, we have had a murder, car break ins, cars getting egged and packages stolen. The leasing agents are very nice people as well all complaints lead to lack of accountability from the property management company.
