Oak Enclave

I applied for an apartment at this apartment building, and they gave me the runaround. When I toured the facility, I was told one price, but when I actually applied, it was 3 times more. I kept calling them, and no one would answer the telephone. I happened to go there, only to be told that they needed some more information. I gave them what they asked for and happened to look on their website the next day. I saw that they had given the apartment to someone else. I called over the over again, only to be told that application had not been accepted. She stated that she was meaning to tell me but hadn't had a chance to call me. There was no professionalism, or empathy about the situation.

Mina was amazing , offered so many different specials to help my family and I move here. She  was very helpful throughout my entire process. Thank you. Excited to live here . 😬
