I don’t live here but have been many times. Great facility but poor management. In case you’re curious on what language they feel is appropriate or a reflection of their respect for residents, I have attached a public notice posted to the elevator. This isn’t the only viable complaint I have but if you’re looking to buy beachfront property , this wouldn’t be on the top of the list.
