The blatant age discrimination is appalling. The HOA seems to have no idea what they're doing. According to all the residents, they also seem to be pocketing some of the money seeing as the HOA fees continue to grow. While the grounds has not really changed. HOA is raking in roughly 5.5 million a year and continuing to raise fees.

Maggie the new lady is fabulous and nice! finally we have someone who cares and is kind to everyone.

I am utterly appalled by the behavior of the clubhouse staff and members. I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism and blatant prejudice. They seem to have one set of rules for a select few and a completely different set for everyone else. It’s beyond frustrating to witness them bending policies whenever it suits their preferred members, while others are treated with unnecessary hostility and disrespect. The atmosphere is unwelcoming and unfriendly, especially if you’re not part of their inner circle. It’s clear that favoritism and bias are deeply rooted here. I expected a community clubhouse to embody inclusivity and respect, but what I’ve experienced is quite the opposite. It’s honestly disheartening to see how openly they disregard fairness and basic courtesy.
If you’re looking for a professional, respectful, and unbiased environment, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The worst place in South Florida. They will bother you with nonsense. They never answer the phone, and they don't help the residents. If I can give negative star I would.

The HOA members are rude and prejudice.  They make derogatory comments to people at the pool especially if they have their grandchildren there.  The fees are horrendous and communication stinks.  The service that is provided has not improved with the increase.

The worst place to live. Absolute worst. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OWNING OR RENTING A CONDO FROM HERE! The HOA fees increase twice a year. TWICE. Residents barely make ends meet as it is and the board cannot show viable proof of what is causing the increase. They are robbing families. No money goes towards the amenities, the lawn care, nothing. We started at around $300 for HOA fees a couple years ago. Now it's almost $700 a month! They are underpaying their staff as well. It's ridiculous and the whole board should be fired! Mark my words, do not rent here.
