Holiday Village Condominiums

0 stars! This neighborhood is neither safe nor clean. LOOK AT THE PICTURES! The maintenance person here is unqualified/unlicensed and doesn't speak any English. This neighborhood was and still is victim of vandalism - the HOA and property management have yet to address this. The city of Coral Springs is aware but has yet to take action. There is night parking enforcement and anyone that the HOA feels should be towed will be. I believe the individuals which rate this place 5 stars work with the HOA or the management company. P. S. This community loathes young adults and more specifically renters. The HOA President will do everything to make a renters life miserable.

Manager is a great guy, he’s always up early maintaining the cleanliness of the buildings. Neighbors are kind and friendly. Easy access to all stores and buses. Took out a star because buildings are full of roaches. You can be the cleanest person, but they come out because of neighbors upstairs, next to you or behind you. Other than that, my family and I are very comfortable here and going on 2.5 years of living here.

Good condominium, very calm and safe!

I am handicapped and they would repeatedly tow my vehicle. Explaining no exceptions can be made for guests. I was a tenant. This place is run by thieves. It does not cost 285/month per 125 units to run this place. Over a quarter million stolen from the community every year. Stay away at all costs
