be careful! The administration needs to train your staff. the reception staff is very rude and ill mannered. not only is he lazy and refuses to work, he told me to go back to my home country! this man is a disgrace to the condo! if you don't work with him, i will be forced to file a complaint!!!

Hugh is a great asset to Hollywood Tower ...
Hugh is a great asset to Hollywood Towers. He is very kind and caring and always ready to help in every situation. Hugh makes sure that the Building is well looked after. There have been many managers at Hollywood Towers but Hugh is the best they have ever had. Concierge Lou is really lovely. He's always welcoming and always very helpful.
