Icon Las Olas Luxury Apartments

Nice place.

It has been 3 years now that I’ve had the pleasure of living at Icon Las Olas. This last year has been exceptional with Bryan at the helm. The improvements have been vast and the entire ambiance is relaxed yet extremely efficient. I could not be happier with all aspects of this incredible team. From management to the concierge desk to the valet - It is seamless.

Inept management.  According to reviews, they may be good with new tenants.  See how they treat existing tenants and those that leave.  Zero courtesy to reach out after charging my account post my move out and received return mail when sending an invoice (I did have mail forwarding in place before my move out and have received other forwarded mail). No email, no phone call, nothing to alert me as they know I clearly didn't receive the invoice as the mailed invoice was returned to them. All contact information they have on file. Lived there for 7 years with zero maintenance requests other than to change out the clothes dryers which all residents (and building employees) know are garbage...to charge me for items including grout leaning. And then to not let me know I owe them money other than trying to send me an invoice in the mail they had record of being returned to them. Their stance was our "protocol" is to send one invoice in the mail. And that is all. Ridiculous and should be ashamed of the lack of service for a long standing resident they never had any issues with.

The hands down best front office staff of any apartment complex I have ever lived in. Bryan, Tiffany, and Jade should be working in every building in the country. Warm, understanding, prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Every building will have issues, that’s a given, but it changes the entire landscape when the front office not only understands, but commiserates with their tenants. Bryan has on numbers occasions gone well above and beyond what would be expected of any building manager, let alone the most iconic building in Fort Lauderdale. Knowing the staff, and more improbably having them know and care about you, makes living here feel like home.

I recently toured this amazing apt. community with Ms. Tiffany Harris, and it was a great tour.  Tiffany was amazing (very approachable, listened well, responded to inquires with detail and quite knowledgeable).  She treated me as a high priority and enthusiastically shared this lovely property with me! I really appreciated how she valued my time and showed great regard for my requests to see what was important to me.  I did, however, have to wait a few extra minutes for my appt. Overall, the property is lovely and well kept for being 7 yrs old, I believe. That was my only drawback but when I saw the floor to ceiling windows, wow!  It was right back in the game!  The apts. have everything that we would want/need and the amenity spaces are nice.  The apts. have high quality finishes and are quite a bit larger than the other 1 bedroom units in other apt communities!  Surprisingly, the price was a bit higher than the newer apts. but I guess those floor to ceiling windows come at a premium! The views are amazing from the apts. that interested me.  I appreciate the safety and security features.  It's a nice touch to have valet service for residents, as well.  The elevators are a concern since I only noticed two elevators and they were quite slow.   Again, Tiffany made my tour amazing!  She is very warm, and has a great professional demeanor.  Thank you and this community is definitely in our top 5 choices for consideration.

Lived here for 3+ years and loved it - great location and modern apts.  Pool isn’t heated but still nice on warm days for a dip.  Only 2 elevators for a lot of units in one tower, so just be prepared to wait - sometimes 15 minutes or more for an elevator.

Horrible front desk and valet service. Simpler the task bigger the issue. There is always something...!

Bryan, the concierge, and Jade, the leasing agent are incredibly responsive and helpful.  They made my experience positive which was a warm welcome to the neighborhood. You can tell they love what they do and they do it well. The building is well maintained and in the absolute heart of the city, walking distance to hundreds of restaurants and amenities. I’m loving my decision.

Excellent maintenance service by supervisor Ezequiel Campos, very professional, friendly and helpful. The positive changes in the building are noticeable.
