Stayed recently for a week and had issues with the company on the beach EVERY day telling me I was LYING about staying at the hotel just so I could use the chairs… I’d tell them my room number and they said multiple times ‘stop lying to me you’re a liar’ at one point I sat down in one of the chairs and they shued me away like a stray dog and forced me to get up. I’d have to go back up to the hotel manager and have them confirm stayed there just so could use chairs and umbrellas that were supposed to be provided. Absolutely ridiculous and ruined the beach for us
