Very bad administration, they do not comply with the tenant's arrangements. And in general the deterioration of everything is horrible

I love this apartment the pools are amazing the workers are chill and in range of close by food chains and malls such as dominos and more

the first day i moved in they stole my daughters bike. very lack of security, the laundry is almost always broken,the corridors are full of water when it rains.everyday that i have to put something outside i cant because i am scared if they steal something again.also i cant go out at night because then i would have nowhere to park.if i do go out i have to park so far away from i live

located in a good area where you’re within walking distance from the mall and 10 > mins from mdc, but AVOID BUILDING H at all costs, loud lady living on first floor with an even noisier dog. Constant yelling and barking that goes on all day and is able to be heard next door or upstairs when visiting neighbors. It wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the fact that it goes on EVERY DAY.

The worst rental condominium in Miami, the property lacks maintenance, the laundry facilities are almost always broken, the hallways flood when it rains, the remodeled apartments maintain the kitchen and bathroom furniture from the 50s completely deteriorated, walls battered by the time, the community is no man's land, there are no rules of coexistence, therefore everyone does what they want, it lacks security, the management does not resolve complaints and is permissive with the residents, I do not recommend the place since it is also expensive for what it offers.
