I have been living here approximately 4 ...
I have been living here approximately 4 years now and I have read many of the review the building has had it share of problems but ever since it was sold things are getting better and a large part of it is due to the two young ladies down stair Lissette Rosario and natasha brutus they put in alot of hours in this building and are constantly trying to make it a better place to live I would love to see ownership back them up and allow them to make the changes this building deserves and as for everyone complaining alot of those same ppl are what's wrong with the building and all that negative energy

Natasha B. was super helpful in the entire process from tour to move-in. She was attentive in any questions or concerns we had and she seemed to really care about our needs. The building itself is beautiful and everything looks very well maintained. Could not be more excited for a first apartment experience here.

Guest parking is horrible. $55 dollar ticket for overstaying 10 minutes. So stupid for Kendall area. Management should be ashamed of itself for letting this continue to happen to its guest.

Love this place! My husband and I were searching for a new apartment, and definitely we chose the best one! Our leasing agent, Fermin, was very kind and helpful at every step. This building got everything we need, we are very sporty, and the gym is huge, clean, and complete. We got a lot of shopping and food places near us. Also, we got the cutest welcome from the Property Manager. Couldn't ask for more 💖
