I just got here and paid for a rental chair and umbrella. I asked for a receipt and they said they didn’t have one. As soon as I get to my chair another worker hassles me asking for a receipt and I told him what I just did and that I asked for one but they couldn’t provide it. I asked for their names and they refused to give them to me. What a way to start a day at the beach!!! No sorry or anything just take your money. If someone at the resort wants to call me or reach out they can but this is not hospitality at all

My car broke down on their property. I asked them if I could leave it there. It was late at night. I spoke to the woman at the front desk. Told her to AAA was coming. She said it would be safe and I trusted her.  Stupid me. Three hours later they called me. I missed the call. AAA didn’t show up so They towed my car!!! horrible people.

Bad experience with the board and Staff. I wouldn’t recommend.
