Indigo Palmetto Bay

I just renewed my lease at Indigo Palmetto Bay because 1) The apartment and building amenities are TOP NOTCH and 2) their incredible leasing and maintenance staff. Connie, Helen, and Janely from the leasing office are attentive to whatever you need (even on weekends!) and if they aren't able to get you what you need on the spot, they always follow-up so you don't have to be chasing anyone. Victor and Allan from the maintenance staff are timely with any maintenance requests and very respectful. I asked them once to please take their shoes off when coming into my apartment, and now they do it every time without me having to ask. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and do a stellar job to make sure the amenities are spotless, especially Maria Elena. Overall, I enjoy living at Indigo and the fully stocked two-story gym, pristine saltwater pool, next to Palmetto Bay Park, friendly neighbors and elevated apartments; and of course, the people that work here.

Since the moment I came to tour, Indigo felt like the perfect home. It’s like living in a hotel. Janely was very helpful and the rest of the leasing team made the moving process very easy.

The atmosphere is amazing and the  staff is great !!

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience at Indigo at Palmetto Bay. March 1st will make our 1 year anniversary living here. It has been an absolute pleasure calling this place home. The amenities are amazing. The pool area feels like a resort, and the lobby is welcoming and makes me feel like I’m on vacation from home. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. I would highly recommend Indigo for anyone looking for a place to live!

The office staff is always responsive and goes above and beyond to help. We absolutely love living here!!!

Speaking of our new home, Indigo Palmetto Bay is nothing short of spectacular! It exudes a vibrant Brickell downtown vibe while nestled in the serene suburb of Palmetto Bay. One of my personal highlights has to be the heated saltwater pool – a true luxury. The two-story gym, complete with a smith machine and that innovative Tonal personal trainer mirror, adds an extra layer of convenience and fitness to our lifestyle.
The tap machine offering a daily glass of beer or wine is a delightful touch, and the club room with its game tables and games provides endless entertainment options. Grilling enthusiasts will appreciate the gas grills, and the modern bathrooms and kitchens are not only stylish but also highly functional.
One unique feature I adore is the first-floor balconies that offer access to the street or courtyard, depending on your apartment. This added flexibility makes it feel like you're truly a part of the vibrant community.
Moreover, the location is fantastic! There's a lot to do nearby, and the area boasts numerous cool food places, adding even more to the charm of Indigo Palmetto Bay.
Overall, Indigo Palmetto Bay is a gem, and Helen made our move-in experience exceptional. I can't recommend her and this community enough. It's the perfect place to call home with its perfect blend of style, amenities, warmth, and a thriving neighborhood.
