I love living here, it is a very quiet, clean place, in short, it is everything you are looking for in one place. The closets in the master bedroom apartments are what every girl wants. Eduardo is very kind and helps you with everything so that your moving process is as smooth as possible. Best experience. I highly recommend that place.

When we moved in it was never disclosed that the pool doesn’t work. The pool is off limits and no resident can access the pool.

Ms. Godinez, unfortunately, we don’t have you listed as a Resident or occupant of Vistas Palmetto Bay. However, given your interest, be advised that official Residents sign a construction addendum advising them of construction work and ongoing final inspections that may impact the use of amenities, including the pool. We are always transparent and, most importantly, have our Residents’ comfort and safety in mind.
