Termites eating furniture,black mold, raccoons are my neighbors. They think by painting everything white they get rid of the mold nope.

LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. I’ve been living here since 2020, and this place has gone completely downhill from the lack of professionalism management and maintenance. We deal with homeless people that live in the area and there is no security whatsoever, we basically have to be our own police . Our washer in front of our house has been broken since July 2021 and we have broken and damaged appliances from when our apartment flooded three times in 2022 and no one came when we called the 24 hour emergency maintenance number. We have been through three landlords while living here two of which got fired and even when they got replaced, nothing was fixed, not to mention, the termite infestations and feces which they refuse to take care of along with the homeless people, who continuously trespass, and sleep where the laundry rooms are. Fast forward to 2023 the last landlord cashed a check that was canceled knowing that it will bounce back having us to be charged for the fees that came with it knowing that it was their fault on there end. Now they won’t remove it and even when we sent them a new one, they refuse to accept it. These people are by far the most lazy, rude, and incompetent people I have ever met. I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy live here.

Terrible!!! That new senior manager is a joke she don’t know anything about being a property manager. She is a nasty person don’t answer phones don’t get anything fix but have some nerve to put late fees on everything!!! they charge u for they mess ups the property is literally falling apart some of the buildings foundation is literally gone about fall over into the lake…. The whole apartment buildings is full of mold and they raised their prices without anything being renovated cabinets don’t close because they’re from the 80’s the paint over roaches and the buildings are infested with roaches…. U move there u taking a risk with your health…. Oh yea they don’t give new appliances. They take them from other roach infested unit in put into a vacant unit which before u move in you already killing roaches….and they have a bad drainage problem all they builds back up with sewage water at times…..

Those people are racist and I don’t how the look at other people I went there they took my name and phone number never called me so i went back this Hispanic lady was so rude to me finally do the application it’s been a month keep going back and forth they never touch my application And I try to get my money back they told me it was nonrefundable those thief they robing people and not doing there job.

I have been living here for 6 years and never had any problems until new management came in. I always pay my rent on time and never complain about anything, I am a very passive person but Clara Contreras (property manager) Is the worst person I have ever met. She lacks professionalism and empathy for her tenets. I have had an on going issue for two months now and she does not care to fix it. I do not plan on renewing my lease here, I’m very disappointed in these establishment.

I do not recommend these apartments, the maintenance is the worst there is. I am 15 without air conditioning. I am tired of reporting it and they do not give me a solution. It is a lie about everything they put in the services. I follow them. I have lived here for 15 years. We are a family of the oldest ones here and it's always the same

I really hate to complain but I've lived here for 4yrs. I haven't had issues until the most recent property managers. They don't answer the phone, the office is always closed, they barely respond to service calls. I have a hard time paying my rent, can you believe I have to chase them to get my rent paid. The outside washers aren't working, they have no one keeping the area clean but want to tow cars. It is the most stressful place to live and home is suppose to be peaceful.
