Very Nice , building shows well with terrific amenities! Many upgrades through the building.

Very bad experiences across the board.  Please be careful and review everything.

The HOA board discriminates in such an illegal manner that I have now had to hire an attorney. They decided that since I had a dog posted a year and a half ago on my Instagram, I still had him and said I was “ lying” about having him now. I was told that since I had appeared on TV, they were afraid cameras would follow me and disrupt their community. Since I have dated black men, they said I “ hang with felons”.  Never have I ever dated anyone of any color that has been convicted of a felony. They would not allow me the interview to clear up their misconceptions and lies. I’ve heard that several people who have service dogs have been discriminated against and not allowed to live  at Intracoastal Towers, which is unbelievably illegal. After learning how these people operate, I’ve decided they did me a favor!

Was looking forward to renting here but unfortunately the association will not accept an emotional support dog that has proper MD documentation.  Very unfortunate and probably illegal.  Was told that the association has 2 lawsuits that they are are currently dealing with from current owners.  Very nice building though, very well maintained.
