The management of these condos really care..there are improvements every year and you can see the things they do to upkeep this older 1980's condo. The location is wonderful, close to restaurants and beachfront. It has two pools and a variety of floor plans for different occupancy needs...We love coming to Seaside every year!!!

Building sand castles and other beach activities are great because not a lot of people are nearby.

Nearby activities: Kayak rentals.
Boat rides on the canal
Walkability: Everything is walkable. Also the circuit is available.

The fact that there were so many problem ...
The fact that there were so many problems with the room is almost irrelevant because of the rudeness of the staff. From the minute we arrived it was problem after problem. The only thing that saved the stay was the people that vacationed with us. I am staying with my friend that owns.

I'm disappointed I bought this place in the 80's and the rooms are not updated and my door to my room gives me trouble some of the staff are rude when you tell them about a problem and sorry to say I will not be coming back going to rejoin RCI and switch to somewhere else it's sad the location is great the guest that come are very nice but place needs work

We have actually updated the units since the 80"s. Along with all the updates throughout the years, just in the past several years we have replaced the sofa beds, the beds, and are in the process of replacing the living room chairs. I am sorry you are disappointed and would have noticed all the changes if you had been coming to the resort yearly. We are an independent timeshare and have limited funds in order to keep the maintenance fees low, but try to do our best.

Room wasn't very clean. Lamp didn't work but I was able to change rooms then the toilet wasn't working properly. But it's inexpensive and right on the beach and parking is free. So you have to balance what you really want.

I am not sure you have the correct resort. I do not show your name at our timeshare in the past few weeks. And I do not recall moving someone because the unit was not clean and the lamp did not work.

We recently made the difficult decision ...
We recently made the difficult decision to deed our timeshare back to Seaside. Colleen was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very responsive and walked us through each step of the process. Thanks Colleen for being the model for others to follow! Noteworthy details: Great staff
