Ipanema Apartments

Very dirty, no maintenance, no repair of damaged things, smells like marijuana because they allow smoking inside the rooms. In that place they don't clean the patios, they only have cleaning once a month. But the worst thing is the man who comes in on certain days when he is supposed to be in maintenance just to sit and watch videos on his phone. It's useless

thin walls, terrible management while we lived there. The lady tried to find any excuse to take our deposit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I've applied, called, messaged, no response, Do not waste your time and money with Burke Leighton Property Management.

I've applied, called everyday for 2weeks, sent emails and have received no correspondence! So much for speedy application process

Very unprofessional management company. The realtors from Burke & Leighton do not respond back to messages, do not answer back to emails, and make no effort in connecting potential renters to the owner/landlord to get the units at Ipanema occupied. They should be fired and a standard For Rent sign should be placed in front of the building. Very misleading during the application process. DO NOT spend your time or money on an application...they will take your money and disappear. Very unfortunate.
