Love this building staff is very friendly it’s always very clean and smells amazing

The management office ( Kathy) is very responsive and helpful, everyone was so nice! The location is perfect too, it’s not too busy but right next to some of the best parts in Miami. Everything is clean and well kept .

Great place to live , property is always clean, units are completely renovated, office staff Katherine are very welcoming, maintenance are very professional  and on time .I definitely recommend Island living apartments

I call this morning and spoke to Katherine she wasn’t professional had an attitude did not give me an accurate information that I needed to apply for a apartment and lied that they were not accepting application. So I ended up asking her can I speak to someone else and Rana or Rhonda was able to give me the information that I needed to apply.

So far I've had a 5 star experience, I spoke with Kathy from the Management team earlier today in regards  to the requirements for the property. I didn't expect such professionalism in this area I know its in the process of gentrification  but I felt super safe the photos do no just to the lobby its absolutely beautiful.

The Management do a great job, Kathy and Rana do all possible to keep the bulding in very good shape and always is a pleasure work with this team. They are really professional and as a vendor I feel lucky to have this staff as a client. During different times I visited the property can confirm residents are  very happy with the management office.

This is a great place to live, is always clean and quite place. The  administration staffis very nice
