Island Living Apartments

If I could give 0 stars i would .  I moved on April 30, 2024 and Im still waiting for my deposit.  Katherine the manager told me in 15 days and today is June 10th, 2024 and I haven’t received my money back. I’ve been calling and she keeps giving  me excuses.  If you thinking to move me do not add this place to your wish list.  Something sketchy and weird is going on in that place.  I hope I will receive my deposit as soon as possible.

A place that is a pleasure to call home, the best neighbors, the best administrative staff, Kathy is undoubtedly tireless in her work, always paying attention to the smallest detail. Keep up the good work

In the middle of Overtown exist a hidden gem that has been sculpted and cared by Katherine, her dedication, attention to details and residents service oriented behavior has made Island Living Apartments one of the safest and best places to live, Thank you for all you've done for your community. keep the great job!!

For the past five years, Kathy has proven to be an exemplary building manager. Her work has been consistently excellent, showcasing unmatched dedication and professionalism. Kathy has always stood out for her kindness and willingness to help at any time. Regardless of the hour or situation, she has been there to offer her support and resolve any issues with a smile. Her friendly demeanor and ability to listen to and understand the needs of residents have fostered an environment of trust and respect.
She has ensured that the building remains clean and well-maintained at all times. Her attention to detail and efforts to keep a pleasant and fresh atmosphere are evident in every corner of the building. I would like to give my feedback of my experience with the Island living management staff and her General Manager Katherine, she has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise in managing our building, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Their attention to details, problem-solving skills. And ability to handle emergencies has been impressive. She have amazing communication skills, keeping residents and staff informed and updated. Very proactive approach to maintenance and repairs, preventing issues before they become major problems. She is the best and has been an invaluable asset to our building Community.

I recently checked out a fantastic property in Overtown managed by Katherine, and I was blown away. This place is right in the middle of all the action—great restaurants, shops, and cool spots to hang out, yet it still feels  But the real star here is Katherine. She was amazing, making sure everything was perfect and welcoming me like family. If you’re looking for an affordable and awesome place to live in Overtown, this is it!
