Onyx On the Bay

I had a very disappointing experience with this condo. Despite following all the lease terms, they are not  returning a security deposit without providing a valid explanation. They would give false statements and promises that deposit is going to be returned shortly. We have to fight for it since May 2024.  I would not recommend this complex due to their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenants’ rights.

Terrible service and rude personal!!!

It is an old building well located, the elevator a little slow. The lady at the reception was very friendly, 5 stars for her.

TO EVERYONE ATTENTION!!! I used to live in apt 2005 , our lease ended in may and since then I couldn’t get my security deposit back! Even their manager Herman told me and promise me send it (I have all emails to prove it where he said so) however they never did it and just lied to me.
Be aware even building may have nice views, services there sucks during you leave there and also they will try to rip off your money without any reason !
