Kendall Acres West Condominium

Living here ain't so bad.  The place is kept well enough. The pool areas and Tennis courts are nice. The gym, and sauna could use an update. The people that live here for the most part keep to themselves. However there is an obviously racist and unprofessional security guard that works at night. He makes it a point to follow people of color around the complex when they visit. Also the cat situation is gotten out of hand. Cats are big flea carriers too, which impacts all of the tenants that own pets.

Nice place for residence type apartments well maintained and very quiet, good parking

My customers love Kendall acres I have sold several units in the community. Management is amazing very attentive and friendly. They have two pools tennis courts clubhouse with pool tables etc. I have a few clients don't want to sell and I'm excited to be their realtor of choice.
