I have lived here over 4 years and never had a problem, I  think this place is amazing from the office personal who are super professional and very attentive.And Tatiana (property manager) who has been very helpful with answering all of my questions. The customer service  is fantastic. The maintenance with Jorge who deliver great service and always ready fix  anything  as soon as it  needs repair. And Jose who super special and has the best attitude and is always ready to help and get things done with a smile all the time. I highly recommend this place the apartments have the prefect size and they are beautiful in the inside, and the community who is very well kept and also very safe to live in.  The location is prefect I have everything within 5 minute distance to shopping centers to the turnpike. I give it a 👍🏻.

An excellent place so far, the office's attention is very fast when you have a problem, it is very quiet at all times of the day, highly recommended

The response to my few service requests has always been addressed on demand. We have a staff of professionals that take care of the grounds 24/7.
We love it here.

I want to leave it here for the information of all those who live in this condominium and for those who are interested in living there. I will start with the reason that forced us to completely evacuate, I have 2 daughters, 10 years old and 14 years old, on two different occasions one of the two security men (I mention the most obese of the two who has a beard) approached them to the 14-year-old girl to bring up a topic of conversation when my daughter went down to throw out the trash, the first time she commented to me and I thought it was friendly, the second time I became alert because she even knew my daughter's name and a conversation that it had no place in that context, my first reaction was to tell the office where Grecia treated me, I told her my concern and her response was to tell me that they couldn't do anything about it, that I had to make independent decisions and that They do not guarantee the safety of the tenants, in the condominium there are no surveillance cameras nor the intentions of installing them, he told me that if I felt so harassed I had to call the police and not say it in the office and literally with these words that I will put here it was expressed “WE DON'T CARE”
I'm not one to make comments on pages, but I couldn't ignore this, it's very good that you read my experience and appreciate the level of empathy, lack of humanity and lack of respect that exists in this place for this attitude.
If it is not within their jurisdiction to resolve such a problem at least proper treatment and concern with the case would have been much better.
On the other hand, we were never able to enjoy the jacuzzi and the smallest pool, they were closed for more than 1 year without any explanation, the maintenance people knock on the door and it seems like they are going to knock it down from the first touch and then they open to do Anything, they enter whether you are there or not, it seems disastrous to me that they enter the place where you live without you being present, and then tell you that what happens inside the apartment if you don't have proof, it doesn't go anywhere and they don't care either.
They can't help you manage a free space to be able to move, but they can free up spaces in the parking lots for food trucks whenever they understand... all this without mentioning many other things.
To take money from you everywhere they have the first place, to put new laws and restrictions from one week to the next as well, to keep an eye on your guests and private life and see where they can take advantage of them, they are specialists, but; to ensure your safety, peace of mind and worry that your tenants are comfortable in a condominium where you pay dearly... there already... "they don't care"
We left 1 month and a few days ago with enormous disappointment and very upset, especially with the human material that exists in that place.
Those who are looking for a place to live do not ignore these negative comments, which are many... do not become another victim.

This is the worst place to live, I lived here for three years, there is no human quality on the part of anyone, least of all Tatiana and Grecia who believe they own the place, they pass by you and don't even look at you so as not to be obliged to greet you , the jacuzzi is never working always closed everything is constant chaos, guests here is a problem, yes You have a relative who is going to spend a few days with you, they make you pay for everything, here they take money from you for anything, the contract is a trap, everything is in their favor, you are always going to lose with them, when I left I left the apartment practically better than it was. They delivered it to me, in perfect condition, impeccable, they invented several excuses not to return the deposit, the maintenance people do the dirty work, not to mention that they enter your apartment whenever they want whether you are in it or not, they knock very hard beforehand if you are sleeping they will wake you up, in my case I left the carpets in perfect condition when I moved in and after I left they made stains on it on purpose to unscrupulously deduct my money from the deposit, ((they only returned $400)) I even recorded videos of the apartment before handing over To state for the record, something that they did not take into account, they are all cold and bad people, the biggest people I have met in my 11 years living in rentals in different condominiums in Miami. I ended my contract on November 30, 2023 paying my last month in full and apart from this payment they took another $3,378 from me for a month that I did not live under a contract that is solely and exclusively for the tenant to lose, everything very well thought out and designed in your favor. THERE IS NEVER PARKING you must walk more than 400 meters if you live in the first buildings if you arrive after 5:00pm
Believe me, this is a very bad place to rent and waste your money, I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy.
