Kenlan bend south

I live there it  i seen people move in the a week later the same people move out cause the association doesn't do crap and they higher up the maintenance bill for what absolutely nothing cause nothing gets fixed. They wash the floors with old stinky water that make the place smell. It's a gated community but the buildings that are outside the gated community gets better treatment than the gated community. The security guards don't do anything. They will let anybody in so why even have a gate if they're just going to let anyone in

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT THEY NEVER ANSWER
THERE IS NOWHERE TO CALL IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY
THE MAINTENANCE MAN SAYS THAT HE WORKS FOR THE Association, not for the tenants.
They have raised the association 2 times in the last year.
They took away our night surveillance and car theft is serious and the dismantling is every day... they took away our surveillance but they did not replace it with cameras......
When you go to the offices, they don't let you in, you can never talk to anyone...
The administrator is never there, always busy and can't talk to you.
If you call there is no answer... there is no empathy or communication with the inhabitants of this neighborhood. The administration is super high and here there is nothing special to say that you pay for the facilities, there are no games for children, the pool is super small, there is no meeting room, if there is a room the size of a room, that is the special room for meetings, without facilities for children, it is prohibited to skate, play in the street or use a bicycle, I don't know why you pay so dearly, at this moment the place is uninsured or unprotected... and so on a thousand unpleasant details with this administration
