A dictatorship literally, I lived for 2 years and the president of the condominium is very rude apparently they have business with the tow truck and he orders you to put on boots for pleasure the pool does not respect the schedules and they close it whenever he wants I do not recommend there is no one to live

The but condominium that existed in the United States I would not recommend it to anyone. The manager is a tremendously bad person. I don't know how at this point they can put a manager like that despite having a plot with the parking lots.

The manager is rude, he is not prepared for that position, apart from the fact that one lives in persecution all the time, he is watching, to sum up, worse than communism.

The worst condominium in the United States that you can live in, the man who serves you harasses those who live there, he works with the drivers to take the cars that visit you, well, worse than the CD-Rs in Cuba, I would tell people who don't know They moved there even though the apartments are super old and the association is a disaster. Another thing is that the person who claims to be president of the community is not prepared for that position until we have to tolerate these things in our communities.

There are two people in charge of the pool, they call themselves presidents of the community, they have no education, they don't know how to talk to anyone. I was only there for half an hour and I could see how he addressed a group of kids telling them that they were holding a volleyball in the pool, beware they were not using it and he told them that the police could call them if they continued with the ball in the water, since it bothered others, they did move from the area, they did not bother anyone. These two gentlemen have no education, who put them there, why do we pay the association then?

I have never heard of a more intolerable man as i have the "President" of this community. Lacks the ability of understanding and regular human manners. He makes living in a community extremely difficult & claims he want the whole community to be 65+, so basically a nursing home. Truthtfully speaking living in the city of miami, you have a lot of young familes as well as kids so he needs to make more obtainable goals for this community. Just dont think he has the communcation or interpersonal skills to run a community, the power definitetly got to him & the corporation itself does nothing.
