Infested with roaches and barely ever cleaned. Cleaning lady is rude and snoops on all the residents. The elderly residents tend to be rude as well. Appliances malfunction often. HOA enjoys causing issues and will do anything except be helpful. If you are young and looking for a peaceful community with privacy this is not the place for you.

Nice and quiet community. Recently refurbished so roofs and paint are fresh. Still some more work in the mill, or so the Board of Directors said.
