The smell of marijuana is horrible in this place lately, even inside the apartments, I don't know how this kind of things  are allowed here. The smell of the apartment that I rent is disgusting because of my neighbor, specially at night when he needs a pass of marijuana for sleeping and I can’t do it because of the unpleasant smell even in my bedroom. When you live in community, you must respect people around you.

Don't move or buy here, it's the worst place to live, the security doesn't keep an eye on you, you sleep all the time, the maintenance guys don't do anything, the parking lots are rigged, there's the smell of Marijuana 24/7 and, above all, the doors break all the time.

The president of the condominium takes too long to approve the applications, I have been waiting for more than a month for his approval, his service is too bad.
