My landlord was great, and the apartment was updated with great storage. Lots of closets, but the association lady that lives in the building is an absolute nut. She does nothing but peruse the building for any tiny infraction she can blame on someone. She barged into our apartment the day we were moving out claiming she knew we were pouring water off our balcony. Our apartment was completely empty except for a broom... nothing to carry water in. When she walked out into the balcony and saw it was our neighbors, she didn't even apologize. Walls so thin I could hear people breathing in the apartment next door. Not kidding. I knew the bathroom, sleeping, and personal habits of my neighbor.
Pigeons everywhere and NOTHING deters them from landing on your balcony. I spent a few hundred dollars trying different ways to keep them off.
Also got a warning from the association lady about the patio furniture cover we were using to protect against pigeon poop. She said it was ugly and was the reason no one wanted to live in the building. Yea right... she walked across the street and took a picture of our balcony and reported us to the management company's lawyer. Received an email warning about our "infraction" because they thought it was an ugly storage shelf. When I told them it was just a tarp covering our furniture to protect it from pigeons, they still said it was an infraction.
The pool is small but nice. The gym is small and outdated. No guest parking provided by the building.
