The property manager comes off, very rac ...
The property manager comes off, very racist and super entitled. Constantly threatening the residence with nonprofessional text? Going into the trash, putting trash in front of the tenants doors…very unprofessional. Yet there is trash everywhere throughout the property grounds. The gates are all broken, tenants are using a stolen shopping cart to unload whatever they have to take up to their homes. The grass is dead, fallen leaves have yet to be picked up (months). No guest parking, the property isn’t being managed professionally. I’m a Florida real estate agent and I would not show this property to any of my prospect clients due to how aggressively nasty attitude the property manager is.
