Kings Creek South Condominium

Im here just to leave my feedback but this time is about security people. I know every condo has the rules but this people is very rude. Education is very important, I would like people has communication skills. Please analyze education before hire. There are many ways to talk with persons.

A very quiet, safe and beautiful place to live, but also with a staff that keeps the facilities in very good condition.

From the country I come from, people do whatever they want and the governments do nothing so chaos is generated, I understand that the yellow stripe is for emergencies, security vehicles and it turns out that they are using it as a parking lot, Is that correct? Do not move here, at least not if you're going to live anywhere near the guard gate. It is very noisy, and if you don't have impact windows, good luck. Security guards are very loud. There's a kid here with a souped-up car who revs his engine a million times a day, same for a man with a motorcycle—and no one tells them anything. This morning was the last straw. Roofing construction began at 6:45 AM and was supposed to start at 7 AM—albeit that is still way too early. The roofing people had no regard for where the scraps of roofing tiles, nails and other construction scraps falling directly on our balcony so when we woke up and opened the blinds it looked like a disaster scene outside. This is the second roofing project they’ve done in the time we’ve lived here and both times they had no regard for the residents of the building. Also, over the course of the past year, the association has shut off the water in our building at least 20 times for a period of five hours each time. Hasn’t been an explanation for that either, just a notice posted by the laundry room. Kings Creek South is the exact opposite of a peaceful place to live.

Highly recommended. This private condominium is ideal for the enjoyment of the inhabitants. This place is very quiet and very safe. Much calm and silence in its common spaces. It has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis, gym, relaxation areas to walk your pet. Each floor has its own dryer and washing machine. Elevator to make your stay more comfortable. Your neighbors very friendly. It is a condominium to have your life with great security and calm. Highly recommended. This private condominium is ideal for the enjoyment of the inhabitants. Horrible management. They target individuals and while their security walks around smelling like weed. Their rules only apply to some. Best believe if you are the only in the pool you will be a target. I suggest going to the pool after 3. They can keep their poorly behaved staff, leaking condos, selective rules, and bad attitude. Oh. And your babies can't have floaties but adults can drink and smoke cigarettes right next to the pool. This is legit the worst place to visit and live it’s legitimately a communists Cuba in miami. Ridiculous and horrible!!!! BE WARE!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
