Cockroach infestation , landlord is condescending , belittling and rude. Lots of complex in disrepair which they either never fix or are super slow to get to. DO NOT RENT HERE !!

Lived here awhile ago with my mom and couldn't made it a year. Laundry room was gross, there was roaches, things were falling apart and landlords didn't do anything and the landlords were the most rude, miserable and godawful human being you'll ever rent from. The lady who owned it before him was/is better than him every since of the word. Glad to not be there anymore. if you're looking for somewhere to rent look somewhere else!

Fairly modern updates inside.The owner is foreign and come off rude as heck but once you get to understand him you'll find he's very lenient and patient. I saw roaches when I moved in but with a few baits they were gone.

Worst place to leave,roaches all over the place,they are thief no matter how you tell them you are leaving ,no matter how cleaning you leave the units they still gonna keep the security deposit.Don’t RENT THE PLACE.
