2500 Inverrary Club Apartments

I will give them one star because google forces you to do so.Just 2 days ago there was a SHOOTING in the building🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ This is a dangerous area with shootings almost everyday !!!!
Full of homeless and drug addicts living inside the complex urinating ,pooping and ROBBING.
Elevators never work and people urinate and trow trash.
Buildings are nasty and smell.
Nothing is clean.
Building needs security cameras everywhere to avoid all the mentioned above.
Management needs to do better as they seem NOT to care for their community safety and comfort.
Rent is NOT cheap and the area is the highest in crime rate.
You are always afraid for the security of your loved ones.

Terrible place to live. I’ve been here a year and it’s been okay until recently. Ppl stealing packages, bums sleeping in the stairwell. Kids playing on your car. The property managers or whoever those ppl are in that office do not care. They are WEIRD! Don’t rent here unless you are desperate!

I’m currently at this complex 8 years in counting for the past 2 years it has gotten worse from No assign parking which is a major issue cause they tow residents constantly and they now build a new back entrance only for those to walk through and majority of the residents drive so the new back entrance is only welcoming non residents to walk through our complex and put us at more risk of theft which has happened more then once my packages has been stolen over and over again to the point i had the start sending my packages to my job Next bad thing is since I have been in my unit for years I don’t have a washer or dryer in my unit so I have to use the laundry room to clean my uniforms which is not a issue but the security here locks the laundry room nearly a hour every time before the scheduled time to be locked which caused me to miss work one day cause my uniform was locked in the laundry room like I stated it gets wrose as the years go and being that I’m in a old unit I have issues with water my plumbing and ac unit and it’s a major bug issue going on from rats and ants

Natalie and Danny are great and professional … Their customer service is second to none …. I was completely impressed with their professionalism…always there to help … my unit is so nice and amazing … I highly recommend this business …pricing is fair and transparent definitely value for money ….

This is by far my biggest regret yet. I recommend anyone interested in a clean, safe, and healthy environment for their families to NOT rent in this place. Place is always dirty with trash everywhere. You are going to wish for your guests to teletransport from the car to your apartment. The culture of residents here is to dump trash everywhere, including elevators, yard, etc. Walk around and you'll notice. Crime is high (you can prove this by asking for a local police report), some people are very disrespectful, ask you for money in elevators there are homeless individuals who sleep in stairs or laundry room and pest infestation is irreversible. If this is not enough, the office is highly irresponsive to your needs as a resident. We as residents witnessed fights and asked the office to please let us break the lease (with evidence about the safety risk my wife faced in the area) and they simply did NOT care. We reported roach infestation in the apartment and they never cared to fix it. It feels as if people keep this place high unsanitary to keep the rent lower. Seems strategic at times because I can't possibly imagine how anyone can be okay living like this.
I was hesitant about posting any reviews but at this point I feel like I'm doing a favor to many others out there like myself that will have no clue where they will end up. Rent is not necessarily cheaper. It is not worth the stress, the safety concerns for your loved ones and awful smell in the buildings. Somehow, google forces me to add at least one star.

This place is the slums, gunshots all 4th of July, urine stench in the stairwells and hallways. I Was late on my fourth month of rent there. They would not except my July rent with late fee. What’s the point of a late fee? If you’re not going to accept the payment, Instead initiated eviction the same month of late rent. Leasing office is also corrupt. friendly and helpful in the beginning to get you in and Take your deposit . Cracked foundation . Upgraded insides to cover of old building. There’s a Guard gate but anybody can walk onto the property. Get home late you’ll have no parking.

I'm so uneased living here. Firstly, I've been here a year and a half and It is absolutely the worse.
Coming home after 8pm.. you can forget about finding parking.
Sometimes my shift doesn't ends until 11:30pm and I have to park way to the back of somebody else apartment complex. On top of that, I'm terrified walking so late with my belongings because there is always repeated violence's that happens very often here.
Secondly, from the first day I moved in, the roaches and I were roommates. I told the leasing office the roaches should be the ones paying the rent because they are more comfortable than me with every generation!!!!!!!
pest control comes in every month, however the roaches multiples by the 10s every time they spray!!
I was told from the leasing office that I must buy the boric acid seen that nothing works for the roaches.
The pest control guy expressed to me that the leasing office only allows them todo so much in the units because of the packages they paid for.
Thirdly, The elevator always smells like dog pee and is always filled with dog pee. It's soo embarrassing having my guest take both elevator or stairs and it's absolutely disgusting.
Fourthly, The amenities is for the neighborhood of Lauderhill not 2500 Inverrary. You go to the pool, there is so many people that does not live there along with bullying kids, pets, junk and uncleaned area.
Fifthly, There is trash from the beginning of the entrance to the elevator to the back of the stairwell.
No one talks about how expensive it is renting is south Florida and most apartments has common roach and parking issues.
I work too hard to ensure that my rent is always paid on time to be uncomfortable and uneased.

The apartments are big but the buildings are old and Roach infested!! no assigned parking and cars are constantly being towed when there are no more spaces available. Been here for 4 years and every year the rent has gone up more and more.
