A Cautionary Tale of Neglect and Mismanagement My experience living here has been overwhelmingly negative, marred by a series of persistent and serious issues that prospective tenants should be aware of.
Firstly, the elevators and stairways are consistently unsanitary, often smelling strongly of urine from either pets or residents, which speaks volumes about the neglect of common areas. The stairwells are not only malodorous but also dangerous; they lack slip-resistant surfaces, and rainwater frequently accumulates on the steps, posing a significant hazard.
Management practices are equally troubling. They impose a punitive late fee of 50% of the rent if payment is delayed by just three days, and they are quick to initiate eviction proceedings without clear communication, which can unjustly tarnish a tenant’s background.
Security measures are woefully inadequate, as the personnel are ineffective, allowing unrestricted access to the building and failing to manage disturbances adequately. In one instance, merely talking to another person who then caused an issue led to an unjust threat of eviction against me.
Maintenance services are abysmal; requests are either ignored or poorly handled, yet residents are held financially responsible for any alleged damages, further compromising one’s financial stability. Additionally, the management’s towing practices are draconian; cars are towed without proper justification, and fees are not reimbursed even when it’s clear that a mistake has been made regarding a tenant’s registered vehicle.
Overall, this apartment complex fails to provide a living experience that justifies the cost. The combination of unsafe living conditions, exploitative fees, and a lack of basic security or cleanliness

The maintenance men were fast and efficient and they came the same day that I put in my work order and everything was done correctly I'm very grateful for their promptness and their attention they pay to their work they were very professional

DO NOT RENT A APARTMENT HERE! I have not ...
DO NOT RENT A APARTMENT HERE! I have not had a/c in my unit for 2 weeks. No one will tell me what's wrong, and no one will fix this problem. They do not have an on call maintenance, nor do they have weekend maintenance. I have submitted a bunch of tickets trying to have a/c for me and my kids, and they refuse to give me a/c. Ever since I moved here, my lights have been cut off because the breaker doesn't work. My water leaks from the nob when turning on the shower. All the toilet and towel rack dropped off the day I moved in. My a/c hasn't worked consistently in 2 months, and now it doesn't work completely, causing my 75in mounted TV to drop off the wall and broke and they said it's not their problem. Don't waste your money at this complex. RUN AND DONT LOOK AT ALL!

My experience at Inventory club on today was impeccable from entering the gate the young lady that was working security really did her due diligence with verifying the necessary credentials before allowing me to proceed that was A1 for me.

My fiancée and I lived here for 2 years  ...
My fiancée and I lived here for 2 years at building 2650. The apartment was nice, and we had a view of the lake from our patio. The leasing agent Danny was always there to listen to our concerns and did what he could to help us. However, beyond that, our experience with the complex wasn’t that great. If you worked nights and didn’t get back home until 11 PM or later, good luck getting a parking spot close to 2600, 2650, or 2700. It’s only open parking, and you’d almost always be parking across the lake on the other side of the complex. Police would be at the complex often as well.

This has to be the worst apartment compl ...
This has to be the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The female manager of the office tows my car any chance she gets. Then tells you it’s not her problem. Very unprofessional, got other people involved so she can have a laugh about it instead of trying help. Danny is great was very apologetic promised it would never happen again and as soon as he goes on vacation the manager tows my car. Out of spit, have a few friends that live in the complex always parks in the same manager spot I park in. They never get towed they always knock on the door and tell them to move it  if has been a few days. I asked for the same type of treatment laughs and says we don’t do that it’s not my job. Worst most unprofessional manager I have dealt with. Everyone in the community thinks the same even her fellow companions that work with her. Aweful aweful aweful
