It is incredible in broad daylight inside the laundry room, young people taking drugs staying there for a long time and no one does anything, it is very uncomfortable to inhale marijuana in a place where it is supposed to be used exclusively for washing, they should prohibit entry to these people 😒🤔🚫 Among many other things to complain about about this place, for example the elevator, which is always broken, it is very difficult to carry shopping up the stairs. I hope they resolve and do their job well as administrators, because we are not living for free, we have paid enough to live with dignity🤷🏻‍♀️

writing this as a kid who lived here for 5 years and left 2023, first the building was owned by a cousin of mine it was kept decent. after staying for awhile the roaches get horrible and EVERYWHERE.  the kids who play here are nice, some r bullies but despite loud they are great and some of y'all say " the kids r loud!!" they cant stay in the apartment all day w mold and everthing. I sat on the first floor and my dad, a construction working realized the wall leaning in and was gonna collapse. we also left because the rent my mom said and the ROACHES. the pool is decent despite its closed a lot. the gate.. ALWAYS BROKEN.
the elevators r never working and also deaths here aren't common.
please listen and don't risk ur kids here, I only liked it cus the kids who played were so great and wish em the best.

I was shocked to see how run down this place has become.. dilapidated!! About 5 years ago I visited someone there and it was semi-decent…the gate was operable… the grounds were clean and the painting was fine but omg when I went by yesterday i was appalled. Only horrible management OR greedy slum lords who don’t want to invest and only collect could be the cause of this.
I also went to make inquiries and the lady there, I think is the manager was so lackadaisical and nonchalant, as if I was bothering her on her own personal time.
The owners or investors really need to call a meeting and take drastic actions before this whole place gets any worst.

It's simply an abandoned complex, and the inhabitants themselves make it worse. There are no rules, the cameras don't work, the gate doesn't work, the washing machines don't work, the light in the parking lot doesn't work, the back is terrifying, and the elevators don't work either. they work, the house is terrible on the weekend there is garbage by quantity, by the same inhabitants and the solution is to demand with rules and fines but if there are no cameras or control it would be impossible

This apartment complex is horrible.... Saturday morning  when your trying to sleep in , is the worst  when you just work Monday to Friday the kids outside playing making so much noise. It's cheaper but not worth it. I see people move out every month. In my room the wall peeling because there is leak by the ac and went in the hall way closet.  My room the ac has mold every couple month they have to come and clean it but they not doing something right because it come back. I have asthma so some times it's hard to stay in my room because all I do is sneeze the whole night.

The absolute worst place to recommend at this time. Not because of the location, but because of private ownership. 1. The buildings need a lot of TLC. The buildings are infested with roaches. I currently hire my own pest control “Terminix” and the infestation is still a problem.
2. The elevators aren’t up to city coding and residents are always getting stuck. If you get stuck there is a note on elevators that suggests the bill will be forwarded to you.
3. They will charge you water rates along with rent. But you’ll notice there’s never a meter reading to suggest $70 - $80 water usages monthly. Others pay $40, and some will tell you they pay $50. All units share one line. So yea ! Big scam! Save your money and find another worthy place.
It’s very appalling that the City of Oakland Park doesn’t get involved. When called they tell you to call a Civil Lawyer. Even though they advise you that there is no way to monetize individuals independently to “Charge Water” ! It’s a scheme they have set up. R.A.M Utilities! Google it, you’ll be shocked where this entity leads to. If you pay water you pay it to the City you live in. Not some out of state entity that can show you your individual usage.
4. The units are equipped with old appliances. The Air Conditioning is always going out.
5. The buildings have weeds growing throughout the infrastructures around. There been cases of move out because of MOLD in the units and you see the exterior marking along the walls of the buildings.
6. You pay for security Gate Access but for the past years “GATE” remains in the upright position. Again save your money ! Find another place for your buck !
7. They payment systems are ridiculous. Please don’t give these folks your Bank Access unless it’s another form of secured payment methods! They are not trust worthy.
8. Lastly, with exclusion of maybe 2 employees the rental office personnel including Landlord are very rude, very conning, disrespectful to your family needs and it’s been very dissatisfying doing business with such class. Very distasteful and I wouldn’t suggest this place to no one who asks my opinion.
