The recent changes under new management have been nothing short of extraordinary. kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hard work!
I've always appreciated the spacious rooms here, but now I can truly enjoy them without any hassle. It's clear that the team cares deeply about providing excellent service and ensuring that any issues are swiftly resolved. Whenever there's a concern, the response is quick and efficient, making me feel valued and at ease.
I have to admit, this place has become more than just a residence for me; it feels like home. I'm so grateful for the positive changes and the effort that has clearly been put into making this a top-notch living environment. MOLD! MOLD! MOLD! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Youvare exposing your self to disease and sickness. My apartment was mold infested and made me sick all the time. I have videoes and pics. And a professionally done lab report. I had to call in a private accessor cause they said their people found nothing. The AC was supper dirty and mold had been festering in the apartment for what seem like years. That level of decay dont happen over night in my estimation or in a yr. My hair thinned, rashes. Badly aggravated sinus reaction, hay fever, sore ears nose and throat. I mave even have developed minor vertiligo, my skin just burns. Constant metalic taste in my mouth. The kind of mold found was the can kill you kind, pnuemonia could result, your respiratory system could be affected and can cause diseases. My whole body is toxified.Donot rent death and medical expenses.

i live in somerset apartment p for nine years now the master bedroom got mold the guest toilet dont flush the carpert is very dirty all inside my aparment got mold everywhere i keep on calling the office time to time they never done anything about it i even told branda my kids got asthama and they are getting sick from the mold they still not doing anything the ac doesnt work the office knew about it they still not doing anything today one of my kid went to the hospital they said its mold in the aparment do that now my child is in the hospital because of the mold inside the apartment p building now im gonna go to the city of lauderdale lakes to come show them all the mold i have all my prov with me they only care about the money not about my kid health they only care about the rent money but they dont give any service at all in the apartment i told the landlond let me move to one building thats already clean and if they dont have any mold etc he said no to me and my husband.everyone that came inside my aparment they told me that this is a big case because we have too much mold inside our apartment P building

They still not Section 8 friendly which sucks , I know alot of places don't take it because individuals cause alot of trouble which makes it hard for decent , respectful individuals..

Reading through reviews for new apts Im considering, the management here seems down to earth with responding with actual responses to reviews on here, that is a great quality and I'll definitely be giving them a call
