-BOOTED CARS FOR ANY SMALL THING
-CARS BEING BROKEN INTO DUE TO NO SECURITY.
- POOL IS CLOSED MAJORITY OF THE TIME
- LACK OF MAINTENANCE TO BUILDINGS.
YET THEY WANNA CHARGE HIGH HOA FEE?
ASSOCIATION NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED AND CHARGED FOR STEALING AND FRAUD PLEASE IF YOU ARE A HOME OWNER  FIND AN ATTORNEY AND TAKE ACTION HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?

Booted for “IMPROPER PARKING” please see how improper.. Now to wait 2-3 business days for the office to answer. Never seen an HOA steal from residents so brazenly but I guess it’s turning into Hialeah over here. Just update please see more booted cars. They can’t keep lights, water and grounds consistently buuut if you hit the line they make an extra $200 so they never lose at the residents expense.

The worst thing if you are going to Rent or Buy. “Please” think about it. The worst place I lived. Everything is super dirty. Thank goodness I already left. The Association is the worst in Florida without counting the President Yoanna, gentlemen, every day they remove the water in different buildings (alternate). Think about the worst and this is not a good option to live. The Association only has $ for gardeners, the roofs are in poor condition and in danger of collapsing. Ask for the 2023 Inspection Report, so you can see that it is true. That Condo Has 0 stars. Lately they are putting Stamps (Boots) on the cars. People who live right there and the Association tells you that they don't know anything. They already know more of the same. I literally felt Stated by the Association. What I experienced in that place was very ugly.

The worst community to live in. Not only do they charge an insane amount for their HOA, they don’t do anything other than post signs every day. Their special assessment fee has just been tacked onto everyone’s already high costs and they never finished their beautification project to add rocks to the courtyards. The neighborhood floods easily and frequently, the pool was closed for what felt like months due to some secret plumbing issue (and it’s not heated), the grills aren’t cleaned, the laundry machines remain broken, the water was getting shut off every other day for a month straight, last week specific buildings didn’t have hot water for days without notice or immediate resolution, packages get stolen, the integrity of the building is compromised and it’s been causing my sliding glass door to get stuck on the track, the neighbors are able to be excessively noisy but the property manager approaches you to complain about you cleaning your porch landing, and the issues don’t stop there. They boot cars for not parking directly within the lines and they recently stated they would fine residents if they were caught on the tennis courts…not playing tennis. 2 days later, the tennis courts are locked with a chain. They should be ensuring children aren’t running around the gym disturbing others and playing while others work out. They should be focused on painting the buildings to keep up with property value instead of sending letters that people can’t throw away dog poop in the laundry rooms.
The association should also be up front about their special assessment issue and not blind side the owners.
AVOID THIS COMMUNITY AT ALL COSTS.

Car entrance doors are always broken! Lack of Maintenance in some buildings. I know a few peo lo le that had moved out because the owners take too long to resolve the tenant's issues like AC, paintings, sewer systems...
