The residents waited years while the ass ...
The residents waited years while the association spent millions on another remodel including the perfectly working pool. Now that pool is on average 100 degrees at the end of June when the days aren't even that hot. The rumors are they're too cheap to backwash the hot water out and fill it with cold water so basically the pool is not used by any of the residents. In past years the pool was cool and refreshing even in Aug and when the ocean was too hot to swim so don't tell us it can't be done.
