As with most thing’s you’re always going ...
As with most thing’s you’re always going to find pro’s & con’s to most things you come across. That said, the pro’s do outweigh the con’s in this full amenity lux building that does allow pets & IS “people-friendly” lol. Directly located on the Intracoastal Waterway, facing the Atlantic Ocean directly is a nice little slice of Heaven. However, I would be remiss if I left out mentioning there are B&Z Plans soon commencing to build two facilities directly due East of this view quite soon, replacing the parking lots. A lot goes along with this type of interference, not only in the “short term” building process; but, thereafter as well.
