Needs some TLC

Love this place

This is a very nice Condominium in Hallandale Beach, Florida thats right on the Ocean. I have to estimate that this place was built in the early 60's. Rock Solid construction.
The apartments are pretty good size and the prices are very affordable for a Beach Front Property.
Because if you drive a couple miles South of this location, you'll pay 3 to 4 times more.
Why I took away one star is because the Security that works in this building is Awful.
If I didn't no better you would think they were running a prison over there.
Very controlling, very nasty, and very mean.
When you get there and interact with them, they make you feel like your bothering them.
They get irritated very quickly, and if they don't like what you got say, that's when there attitude gets really bad.
There not afraid to tell you what they think or if they offend you.
How do I know, because I've dealt with them quite a bit.
They forget they have to pretend to be nice at the very least.
But if I was involved in the management,
I get rid of these people so quick your head would spin.
There are a lot of good security staffers that these people can be replaced with.
To the management:
please speak with them, and ask them to at least try to Pretend to be nice.
Because they seem so darn miserable.
