La Vue at Emerald Pointe Apartments

I’ve been living here since 2013. I moved from a one bedroom into a two bedroom in 2020. Overall my experience here has been very pleasant. There have been some issues during my stay but nothing that I would consider horrible. The office staff is always very helpful. The maintenance staff has always been prompt in responding to requests. I’m only considering moving because of the high cost of living here in South Florida.

If you plan to rent here, review your contract and keep in mind that if at the time they have a problem and cannot pay their rent the first 5 days as required by law they will not care anymore on the 3rd day they will fine you 200$ and every day 7,200$ and in 3 days they will go after you with a lawyer to get you out, it is understood that paying the rent is a debt but there are options to be more empathetic with 7n resident who has paid religiously every day 1 for 3 years without fail and only for 7 days of Delay you already want to stab yourself with $400 already in itself being in a difficult situation. Besides, it is not safe, there have been package thefts recorded with rings every day and they do nothing about it, also theft of catalysts, theft of wheels, 3 cars here were stripped of their 4 wheels, there is no control of who enters and who leaves because they never fixed the entrance gate again, which leaves the doors open for anyone who wants to come and steal, problems with sewage pipes overflowing when there is rain and almost all the apartments are old and in poor condition.
NOTHING IS NO LONGER RECOMMENDED APART FROM THE EXPENSIVE PRICES WITHOUT ANY WAY TO OFFER A TENNIS COURT, A GYM IN BAD CONDITION WITH 4 ALMOST DAMAGED MACHINES, THERE IS NO CAR WASHING OR VACUUMING AS IT WAS DAMAGED AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT AGAIN.
IN THE END EXPENSIVE PRICES, INSECURITY AND CRIMINALITY, AND NOTHING ELSE TO OFFER.

I had such a wonderful tour of the La Vue. I had the pleasure of touring with Chantelle who provided so much information to me. I know that I will have caring staff should we decide to move in.

I don’t normally have any issues here at the complex but recently something came up and Marvin sprung into action to help. I am grateful there are still people that care about others out there in the world. Fast and efficient service with a smile.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem! I’ve been living at La Vue at Emerald Pointe for the past year, and I can confidently say it’s been an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the pristine condition of the community and the spacious, modern apartments. The views here are truly breathtaking—hence the name—overlooking lush landscapes and offering a serene environment.
The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. They genuinely care about making sure tenants are happy and well taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and I’ve always felt that my concerns were heard and addressed right away.
The amenities are top-notch as well. The pool area is gorgeous, and there’s even a well-equipped fitness center. It’s also super convenient being close to shopping centers, restaurants, and easy access to main roads. The location couldn’t be better!
What I love most about this community is the peaceful vibe. It’s quiet and feels safe, but there’s also a real sense of connection with neighbors. It's a perfect balance of comfort and luxury!
If you’re looking for an upscale, peaceful, and convenient living experience, La Vue at Emerald Pointe is definitely the place to be. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home!

We just toured this property and wanted to give a shout out to the community manager for helping us with all our questions. She was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. I look forward to moving into this community!

After 2 yrs living in a 1 bedroom at La Vue, I decided to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, to satisfy unforeseen family dynamics. Almost immediately I was able to set up a tour of the actual available and newly remodeled 2 bedroom. I was FLOORED at the amount of space and beautifications done! La Vue Management, Marvin, offered the 2 bedroom to me and the transition was surprisingly easy. Although the rental/housing markets are very steep and inflated, I'm happy I upgraded to the 2 bedroom; moving from the 3rd floor to a 1st floor was a blessing! The only issue I have are the size of the closets, 1 bedroom vs 2 bedroom, the closets are the same size.

We looked at a one-bedroom apartment for $1900 a month. Extremely outdated. Old appliances. Moisture damage. Cabinets are falling apart. The size of the unit was not bad, but everything looked very old and poorly kept. They share water bills with neighbors so if one neighbor has a water leak you will also be responsible for their bill. Not impressed at all.
