This used to be a quiet building with great neighbors who respected their neighbors. Not anymore! Super loud parties, lots of music and singing, drinking and smoking late into the night. Neighbors across the canal from this building have had enough of their bad behavior and have recently reported them to the city and county.

Awesome location! Quiet living but on ...
Awesome location! Quiet living but on the water with access to all great restaurants and nightlife via water taxi or short drive. Safe area and great complex with wonderful owners. I highly recommend buying here and/or renting if possible. It’s difficult to get in as there usually aren’t many people wanting to sell. Love this location...the views, being on the water and close to everything.
