Dear members of the association, I am writing to express my deep concern about the critical situation we face in our townhouse. Unfortunately, we are in a desperate condition due to a cockroach infestation apparently originating from the surrounding area. Despite having contacted the association on multiple occasions and having had conversations with Ms. Lisandra, as well as having sent emails to the President of the association, Ms. Vera, we have not yet received any response. We have been dealing with this problem for more than two months, which puts the health and safety of a child under two years of age at risk, since the cockroaches travel through the walls, the crib and all areas of the house.
I am extremely dismayed by the lack of attention given by the association to such an urgent situation. I would greatly appreciate prompt action and an effective solution to this worrying problem.

I loved this condominium, it has very nice houses

The most rudest people i’ve ever met work in the security area especially this lady right here that wouldnt let me go inside, going on in a rant that who was i to have my car windows up that she wouldnt let me go through, that i was the rude one after she spent 30 minutes screaming at me, and that it was none of my business what her name was, even after i explained to her that I was unable to go through the visitor’s lane due to heavy traffic forcing me to enter through the residents lane. I’m truly dissapointed at this experience because i have been here many times before but it was my first time dealing with this employee, i really hope she loses her job because that is no way to treat a pregnant woman.

Place is well secured, but there’s barely parking for visitors.
