The association does not fix anything

This is one of the worst places to live, the floods are terrible and the association does nothing. The security guards who patrol the condominium let people's cars park on the street that are convenient for them. In addition to there being cars that remain in the visitors for months and they turn a blind eye

the trash has been piled up in the trash bins for months, people throw furniture out all around the trash bins when they should not and nothing is done about it and it is not picked up, this week October 7th due to hurricane Milton hitting FL they FINALLY sent the trash to be picked up. this is completely unacceptable as it shows they can do it when they want and is convenient for them, they waited until a national disaster to do what they should be doing weekly. I have never heard of a condo association not keeping up with the trash. you take advantage that most people that live in this area are older hispanics that do not speak english and are sadly used to this behavior. what is the assoc $ used for since the lots are also constantly flooded too.

I'm just going to resume whatever I have inside by just saying this: "IF YOU REALLY REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PEACE DO NOT COME LIVE IN THIS PLACE." Please do yourself a huge favor by looking somewhere else.
